Ellie joined Pink Boots in 2022 after reading about the Brew Day Collaboration on local news. While she is fairly new to brewing, she is committed to giving back to the community that has welcomed her so openly and helped her to succeed in a career that she is so passionate about. As the brewer at the Beerded Dog Brewing Co. in Harrow, ON, Ellie loves being able to experiment and learn on the job to provide new and interesting brews to my community. She looks forward to meeting and collaborating with others in fermented beverages as we all learn and contribute to something so exciting!
