Mentorship Program

In 2023, we decided to create a new and exciting opportunity for our Canada Chapter members. We knew that we needed something in addition to our scholarship opportunities, and wanted a gateway for our members to access established industry professionals. So, we created the Pink Boots Society Canada Mentorship Program, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at supporting the skill development, personal, and professional growth of our members working in the fermented beverage industry.

Our 15-week mentorship program is one-on-one mentor and mentee, and allows mentees to expand their networks, learn from an industry leader, gain confidence, and learn new ideas and concepts.
