Lauren Holzschuh is currently the Head of Quality at Carlsberg Canada Inc. and has been in the brewing industry for close to 12 years. Joining Pink Boots Canada in 2023, Lauren's journey to continue to educate and inspire women and non-binary people has taken off! She continues to push the industry to create more inclusive and more equitable spaces, while taking time to get to know more women and non-binary people in the industry, and enjoy the amazing beers brewing by amazing people!
