Ring in the New Year with us with an online social! Beginning Thursday, January 16th, we will host a monthly social that highlights a special beverage. We’ll provide recipes or suggestions, but feel free to join us with or without a drink; we just want to see you! Socials will last about an hour and are purely for fun. This is a great way to meet other PBS Canada members who are near and far. January's beverage is Mulled Wine!

Denise Jones,Technical Sales Support Manager for Fermentis, presents a virtual encore presentation of her well-received PBS Conference Session. A 5 year study conducted in the Cognac region was reviewed, highlighting the critical role of fermentation diversity and congener development in crafting exceptional grape brandies. This study underscores the importance of thoughtful fermentation practices for achieving unique and refined brandy blends as well as other spirits and fermentables.
